FREE INTRODUCTION CALL
Embarking on the admissions process, we meet with the student’s parent(s) and the student over Zoom to discuss a variety of pertinent topics like our approach, our detailed service offering, and our pricing to see if we are the right fit for one another. During these meetings, prospective clients will meet The Carnahan Group partners, Sarah and Kathie, and we’ll be able to answer any general questions pertaining to our service offering.

College-Bound Packages
This comprehensive service includes every feature of our services, and is designed for high school students who are applying to their first year in college. The packages are organized by the year in which the student begins work with us — freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior levels.

College Transfer Package
This comprehensive service includes complete guidance for students who choose to change from one college to another after completing 30 hours of coursework. It extends into the same benefits of the college-bound packages, but catered specifically to transfer admissions.

Boarding School Package
This specialized service includes similar benefits of the college-bound packages (such as school list building, essay writing, campus visit planning, interview preparation, and more), but catered to the specific needs and requirements of boarding school admissions.

- Provide guidance and feedback for high school course selection based on future goals
- Research specific academic college programs
- Prepare a customized college list, and pinpoint the “reach,” “target,” and “likely” prospective college selections

- Utilize our relationships with test prep tutors to assist Students in their study and preparation process
- Discuss and plan target dates for standardized tests

- Analyze applications for quality and content

(Various application submission dates, such as Early Decision, Early Action, and Regular Decision, and Rolling)

- Assist with formulating travel itineraries for campus visits, information sessions, and guided tours
- Propose a selection of virtual tours (including those prepared by specific colleges as well as other virtual online resources like CampusReel)

- Communicate with college admission representatives on behalf of the Student, when applicable
- Assist Students in THEIR communication with College Admissions Reps with ideas on how to formulate “thank you” emails, status updates, sending supplementary documents, and more.
