Terms and Conditions for Booking Consulting Sessions
1) INTRODUCTION
Welcome to The Carnahan Group's booking platform. These Terms and Conditions govern the scheduling and payment for college counseling sessions booked through our Calendly link.
2) PAYMENT TERMS
All sessions must be paid for in advance. Payment confirms your booking.
Accepted payment methods will be as listed on the booking platform.
3) SCHEDULING AND RESCHEDULING
Once a session is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can reschedule via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly at admin@carnahan-group.com.
Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
4) CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of cancellations.
5) MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Missed appointments, or ‘no shows’, will not be refunded.
If you miss your appointment, please contact us to discuss options for rescheduling. Note that rescheduling a missed appointment is at the discretion of The Carnahan Group and subject to availability.
6) REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Once a session is booked and paid for, refunds are not available except in exceptional circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7) SESSION CONDUCT
Sessions will start and end as per the scheduled time. Late arrival will result in reduced session time.
We expect all clients to adhere to a standard of behavior that is respectful and professional. The Carnahan Group reserves the right to terminate a session if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
8) CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
The Carnahan Group is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of our clients. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Carnahan Group will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.
10) CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Carnahan Group reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will govern our relationship and will always be available on our website.
